By accessing or using the V. Velissariou CRM & ERP platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Authorized Use

Access to this Platform is granted exclusively to authorized staff members, partner agents, and registered users of V. Velissariou Immigration & Recruitment Services. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data and Confidentiality

All candidate, employer, and client data accessible through the Platform is strictly confidential. Users must not share, export, or disclose any personal or business data to unauthorized third parties. Data must be used solely for legitimate business purposes within V. Velissariou operations.

5. Prohibited Activities

Accessing or attempting to access data beyond your authorized permissions
Sharing login credentials with others
Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Platform
Exporting or copying data for personal use outside of authorized business activities

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and systems within the Platform are the property of V. Velissariou Immigration & Recruitment Services. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." V. Velissariou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information within the system.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
